TL(R) Desulpurization Pump

TL(R) series desulfurization pump is a single-stage, single-suction, horizontal centrifugal pump, mainly used as the circulating pump for the absorption tower in wet FGD (Flue Gas Desulfurization) systems. It offers a wide flow range, high efficiency, and energy-saving performance. This series is equipped with a compact X-shaped support bracket, which significantly reduces the required installation footprint. The pump’s flow components are designed using advanced CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulation technology, ensuring reliable design and high operating efficiency.

The TL(R) series features an adjustable bearing assembly that allows for adjustment of the impeller position within the pump chamber, ensuring the unit remains in an optimal operating condition. The pump adopts a back-pull-out structure, which simplifies maintenance. There is no need to disassemble the inlet and outlet pipes during maintenance. The pump end is equipped with a double-row tapered roller bearing, while the drive end uses a cylindrical roller bearing. The bearings are lubricated with thin oil, improving operating conditions and greatly extending bearing life. A containerized mechanical seal, specifically designed for desulfurization processes, is adopted to ensure reliable sealing performance.

For material selection, the pump body, pump cover, and joint plate—being pressure-bearing components—are made of ductile iron. In the rubber-lined pump configuration, the impeller and suction cover are made of A49 duplex stainless white cast iron. The front sleeve, rear sleeve, and rear guard plate are made of natural rubber, offering excellent wear resistance, light weight, and cost efficiency.

In the metal-lined configuration, the impeller, sleeves, front guard plate, and rear guard plate are all made of A49 duplex stainless white cast iron, while the suction cover is made of ductile iron with a rubber lining.
