SGB ZJG series slurry pumps In order to meet the growing demands of the electric power, metallurgy, and coal industries, our company has designed and developed the ZJG(P) Series Up-to-date Generation Slurry Pumps. These pumps feature large capacity, high head, and multistage operation, and are engineered for tasks such as ash and sludge removal and transporting liquid-solid mixtures. The design is based on years of experience in slurry pump manufacturing and incorporates advanced technologies from both domestic and international research.

The ZJG(P) series slurry pumps adopt modern CAD design, offering excellent hydraulic performance, high efficiency, and low wear rate.They feature a wide flow passage, ensuring non-clogging operation and good NPSH performance. A combination of expeller seal, packing seal, and mechanical seal is used to effectively prevent slurry leakage. Reliable structural design ensures a long MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures). The pumps use metric bearings with oil lubrication, along with a well-designed lubrication and cooling system, ensuring low operating temperatures for the bearings. The wet-end parts are made of materials with excellent wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant properties. These pumps are also suitable for seawater ash removal, providing protection against salt corrosion, mist exposure, and electrochemical corrosion. The pumps can be operated in multistage series within the permissible pressure range. The maximum allowable working pressure is 3.6 MPa. With rational structure, high efficiency, reliable performance, and ease of maintenance, the ZJG(P) series pumps are widely applicable for handling abrasive and corrosive solid-liquid mixtures in the electric power, metallurgy, mining, coal, construction material, and chemical industries.
